What Is Covered কী কভার করা হয়

Qorvex Shop hardware products are warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase. The warranty period for each product is specified on its individual product page. Qorvex Shop হার্ডওয়্যার পণ্যগুলো ক্রয়ের তারিখ থেকে উপকরণ ও কারিগরিতে ম্যানুফ্যাকচারিং ডিফেক্টের বিরুদ্ধে ওয়ারেন্টি প্রদান করা হয়। প্রতিটি পণ্যের ওয়ারেন্টি মেয়াদ সংশ্লিষ্ট পণ্যের পেজে উল্লেখ থাকে।

  • Manufacturing Defects: Faults in materials or construction that cause the product to fail under normal use conditions. ম্যানুফ্যাকচারিং ডিফেক্ট: উপকরণ বা নির্মাণে ত্রুটি যার কারণে স্বাভাবিক ব্যবহারের পরিস্থিতিতে পণ্যটি কাজ করে না।
  • Repair or Replacement: At our discretion, we will repair the defective unit or replace it with an equivalent product at no charge. মেরামত বা প্রতিস্থাপন: আমাদের বিবেচনায়, আমরা ত্রুটিপূর্ণ ইউনিটটি বিনামূল্যে মেরামত করব বা সমতুল্য পণ্য দিয়ে প্রতিস্থাপন করব।

What Is Not Covered কী কভার করা হয় না

This warranty does not apply to damage or failure resulting from: নিম্নলিখিত কারণে সৃষ্ট ক্ষতি বা ত্রুটির ক্ষেত্রে এই ওয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য নয়:

  • Physical Damage: Drops, impacts, crushing, or any external force that physically damages the product. শারীরিক ক্ষতি: পড়ে যাওয়া, আঘাত, চাপ বা যেকোনো বাহ্যিক শক্তি যা পণ্যটিকে শারীরিকভাবে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত করে।
  • Liquid or Environmental Damage: Water, moisture, dust, or exposure to extreme temperatures beyond product specifications. তরল বা পরিবেশগত ক্ষতি: পানি, আর্দ্রতা, ধুলো বা পণ্যের স্পেসিফিকেশনের বাইরে চরম তাপমাত্রার সংস্পর্শ।
  • Unauthorized Modification: Any modification, repair, or disassembly performed by anyone other than authorized personnel. অননুমোদিত পরিবর্তন: অনুমোদিত কর্মী ছাড়া অন্য কেউ কর্তৃক যেকোনো পরিবর্তন, মেরামত বা বিচ্ছিন্নকরণ।
  • Misuse or Improper Installation: Use outside of the product's intended purpose or installation not following Qorvex Shop guidelines. অপব্যবহার বা ভুল ইনস্টলেশন: পণ্যের উদ্দিষ্ট উদ্দেশ্যের বাইরে ব্যবহার বা Qorvex Shop নির্দেশিকা অনুসরণ না করে ইনস্টলেশন।
  • Normal Wear and Tear: Gradual deterioration from regular use, including cosmetic wear on surfaces, buttons, or ports. স্বাভাবিক ক্ষয়ক্ষতি: নিয়মিত ব্যবহার থেকে ধীরে ধীরে অবনতি, যার মধ্যে পৃষ্ঠ, বাটন বা পোর্টের প্রসাধনী ক্ষয় অন্তর্ভুক্ত।
  • Electrical Damage (Wrong Voltage): Damage caused by supplying incorrect voltage, reverse polarity, power surges, or use of incompatible power sources not specified for the product. ইলেকট্রিক্যাল ক্ষতি (ভুল ভোল্টেজ): ভুল ভোল্টেজ সরবরাহ, রিভার্স পোলারিটি, পাওয়ার সার্জ বা পণ্যের জন্য নির্ধারিত নয় এমন অসামঞ্জস্যপূর্ণ পাওয়ার সোর্স ব্যবহারের কারণে সৃষ্ট ক্ষতি।

Attempting to repair or disassemble the product yourself will void the warranty immediately, regardless of the remaining warranty period. নিজে পণ্যটি মেরামত বা বিচ্ছিন্ন করার চেষ্টা করলে বাকি ওয়ারেন্টি মেয়াদ নির্বিশেষে তাৎক্ষণিকভাবে ওয়ারেন্টি বাতিল হয়ে যাবে।

How to Make a Claim কীভাবে ক্লেম করবেন

To initiate a warranty claim, contact us through any of the following channels. Please have your order details and a description of the defect ready. ওয়ারেন্টি ক্লেম শুরু করতে, নিচের যেকোনো চ্যানেলের মাধ্যমে আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন। আপনার অর্ডারের বিবরণ এবং ত্রুটির বিবরণ প্রস্তুত রাখুন।
